THERMAL DEBURRING
EXTRUDE HONE TEM -P350 DEBURRING OVEN
We have been using the Extrude Hone TEM-P350 deburring oven since 2008. The deburring oven can remove burrs formed during machining from the inside and outside of parts and is suitable for all materials, including steel, aluminum, cast iron and brass. The oven chamber is Ø250x400mm. The length of the part can be Ø250 x 350 mm. The burrs are burned off with a momentary heat of 3000°C, which does not change the dimensions of the part. The machine is suitable for deburring hydraulic blocks, where it is important to get all intersecting channels clean of burrs. We offer deburring as a subcontracting service to companies.
FINNSONIC ULTRASONIC WASHING LINE
The Finnsonic ultrasonic washing line is a 2008 model. The ultrasonic washing machine is used to wash parts blasted in deburring furnaces. The parts are protected with a rust inhibitor and meet cleanliness requirements after treatment. Hot blackening has been added to the ultrasonic washing machine in 2016.
