Production<\/p>

Our production is divided into two locations.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

The production of turning parts is located in the Risulantie 1 production facilities. Here we machine parts for our customers with 7 cnc-lathes and 1 vertical cnc-milling machine. Production is automated with a robot cell that serves 2 lathes. Part size is \u00d812-375 mm and lengths of 10-500 mm in our production. The weights of the treated pieces are 0-50 kg. We manufacture parts in series which varies from 10 to 1000 pieces. We also offer heat treatment and coating services for parts through our partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The production of hydraulic blocks is located in Opintie 3 production facilities. There we machine hydraulic blocks and pre-mill material into blocks. We use Fastems FMS pallet automation, which has an integrated material warehouse. 2 pcs DMG MORI NHX 4000 horizontal machining centers + 20 pallets \/ machine and 1 pc DMG MORI NHX 5000 + 20 pallets are connected to the system. This enables unmanned machining in block production. It is possible to connect a total of 6 machines to the system, each with 20 pallets. The system has 256 euro pallet places for materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                THERMAL DEBURRING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Koneistus Suomi Oy have thermal deburring subcontractor service. We have Extrude Hone TEM-P350 thermal deburring gas oven as well as a FinnSonic ultrasonic washing system for post-treatment of parts. With this system we are able to remove all burring formed during the machining process from both the interior and exterior of pieces. The procedure can be applied to almost all metals such as steel, aluminium, cast iron and brass. This includes different alloys.
                The oven chambers dimensions are \u00f8250x400mm. Thermal deburring can be carried out on pieces up to approx. 350 mm in length. Burring is burned away at a temperature of approximately 3000\u00b0C. However this high temperature is of such a short duration that the dimensions of pieces treated in the oven are not altered.
                This process, allows burring formed during the machining process to be quickly and efficiently removed from all intersecting channels without damaging the product itself. The thermal deburring equipment is particularly well suited to cleaning hydraulic blocks and machine parts as well generally for products which require absolute cleanliness. The procedure can also be used for cleaning up gear wheels, different gearing parts or other machined components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
